Before we change society, we would need to know how

“Is devoting your life to creating societal change more useful to the future than devoting one’s life to making money? How do you best use your 75 years on Earth?”

The answer is not as simple as it might seem.

Of course, when we look at the two choices, naturally we could say that making efforts for societal changes instead of making money excessively, beyond one’s necessities is the right choice.

On the other hand, we can also see that many people are working for societal changes, as social activism is on an all-time high in our times, still, it does not seem they are actually creating something truly good.

In order to actually help with “societal activism” we would need to know what an ideal society looks like, how we can steer, guide society towards a better, safer, fairer, more sustainable future.

As long as we perform such attempts, efforts according to our inherently misguided, instinctively self-serving, self-justifying, subjective viewpoints and ideologies, we will continue to fail, causing “positive changes” while hurting, destroying others.

Thus truly positive, overall constructive societal changes would need to be preceded by the right, purposeful, and very practical “Integral Education” in order to learn and feel how an ideal society, how ideal human interconnections need to look and work in today’s fully integrated, interdependent world.

Then we can devote our lives to improve the life of society armed with the necessary knowledge, understanding that can safeguard that our activities will truly lead to something good.
