Question from the Internet:

“What is understanding?”

True understanding is called attainment, when one feels “within one’s bones”, through one’s whole being the notion understood, attained.

We are emotional creatures, we “understands” attain everything through emotional impressions and then our mind, intellect can sort, catalog, arrange what we attained.

In true attainment both our emotional and intellectual faculties take part equally, giving us a complete picture of what we attained without any questions, doubts.

Such a perfect understanding, attainment requires impeccable similarity between the observer and observed, the researcher, observer becoming like the researched, observed phenomenon.

This also requires the ability to rise above the inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric and subjective consciousness, perception that usually distorts, corrupts our understanding.

Thus if we want to research and attain the perfect Natural reality we exist in, we will need to acquire similarity of qualities with Nature’s qualities through a unique, selfless, objective viewpoint.
