At the lowest point in human development, with a great chance to start rising toward a better future

Question from the Internet:

“How do we stop our descent into an economic system in which the primary value of humans to the ruling classes is as consumers rather than producers, a system which is pernicious and cancerous to human life, creativity, and prosperity?”

We can’t descend into such a social and economic system since we already exist in this system.

We are all consumers, cogs in a consumerist machine; even our “education” and “upbringing” is only about becoming simple and mechanical producers and consumers of goods and services.

We reduced life into quantitative calculations, measuring everything through quantitative growth, statistics, and “efficiency.” People are identified and respected according to their monetary worth and the quantitative measurements they can highlight.

We have no idea what “humane” means, and we do not know and do not care why we are called “human beings.”

Today we live in a totally dehumanized, robotic, and aimless human society,m where we worship and deify the so-called “artificial intelligence,” which is basically a super-computer that is capable of efficient calculations and combining a salad of data with incredible speed.

Calling this “intelligence” just shows how much we ourselves are unintelligent and have no idea what actual human intelligence is or could be.

Everything that we take for granted, believe in, and build our everyday lives on is false. And as a result, everything we have ever built is not collapsing and slipping through our fingers.

While this sounds extremely dark and tragic, we had to reach the very bottom of the blind and instinctive human development, which human development has been solely driven by the self-serving, self-justifying, subjective, and individualistic ego up to this point.

Without reaching this very dark and tragic point in our evolution, feeling this desperate hopelessness and the threatening state of self-destruction “on our flesh,” we would never consider changing how we live, changing who we are, and how we relate to each other.

We are standing at a crucial turning point in human history; we are facing a truly revolutionary moment where we can shift from a blind, instinctive, and self-destructive development to a fully conscious and purposeful, and truly Human development toward reaching our predetermined, very high, evolutionary Human role and purpose in nature.

But in order to do so, first of all, we would need to recognize the human ego driving all of us as the single root cause for all of our historical and contemporary problems. We need to develop a true need and desire to start changing and further developing ourselves — instead of trying to blame, change or destroy others and manipulate the world around us.

Then, with the help of the right, purposeful, and practical method, we can turn our whole existence around and become truly Human beings, overseeing and benevolently partnering with nature and rising to a qualitatively much higher sense of existence — together.
