Are there “good and evil” people in society?

“Are there any sociology studies that have substantial hard factual evidence to prove that there are a lot more evil people than good people in this world?”

There is for example the infamous “Stanford Prison Experiment”, which has shown that in the “right conditions” each of us can become a concentration camp guard, happily tormenting others.

Then there is a unique, empirical, natural science — that has been studying human nature for millennia — which states that we have all been created by Nature’s evolution with exactly the same nature, inner program, which we can call ‘evil” since we are all inherently self-serving, self-justifying, egocentric and individualistic — regardless of the fact that we have revealed our true self yet or not.

Of course, we are not truly “evil or sinful”, since we had no free choice about the nature, inner program evolution created us with. Our responsibility, the so-called “reward and punishment” starts after we recognized what desires, intentions truly drive us, cause everything we do, especially if we also had the chance to change, upgrade ourselves, find a way to complement, control our selfish, egoistic, exploitative instincts.

Those who claim that there are “evil” and “good” people in societies are either lying or they have no idea about human nature in general, and of course, they usually classify themselves as the “good” part of society and happily control, suppress or cancel the “evil” part to serve their own self-interest.

In our generation we all have chance — based on the vast historic and contemporary experience — to recognize the ‘evil” in us and find a way to change, upgrade, fine-tune ourselves so we could all become “truly good”,

And this “truly good” is not evaluated according to some arbitrary human ideology, philosophy, or religion, but it is evaluated according to Nature’s strict, unchanging and unforgiving laws that govern the general integration, balance, and homeostasis life depends on.

Our human uniqueness is that we can reach this adaptation to Nature’s laws consciously, proactively, by our own efforts in comparison to all other elements of Nature that are integrated, adapted by default instinctively.

This is why Nature created us with the original, unfinished, “evil” nature, software, allowing us to consciously complete Human evolution and thus become conscious, partnering elements in Nature.
