Opinion from the Internet on collective Human consciousness:

Great answer, I believe exactly the same, one thing of great intrigue that I’ll point out to you is that true nitty gritty Christianity would posit to be exactly what you’re talking about.

Some sort of big bang/evolution creating entity, once we had enough neocortex, came down to tell us to subvert natural animal selfishness.

First ten commandments (still the backbone of our judicial system) and then even further evolved with this Jesus cat. As an example “eye for an eye” was the first iteration of fairness (just punishment) this Jesus fellow then said “scrap that and turn the other cheek” which is as radical as it gets.

No one can do it, the forgiveness love and mercy thing. Everyone loves their righteous anger.

So what you’re saying is bomb, if only people would take the next step in that “working together” thing and forgive. Which in christ’y is called “die to yourself and join the body” almost word for word what you arrived at on your own.

That’s exciting.

Also points to “defeating death” by making this about group selection instead of gene selection- making it intergenerational, so what you put into the world does matter and this life isn’t Everything.

Thankfully it’s not everything (allegedly) as it seems the best we can hope for individually is a mcmansion that doesn’t seem to bring anyone real happiness and then you die anyway.

Also Eastern stuff like vipassana points to this! Forget your personal selfish preference. Be free of self and join the collective.

Thank you!

I just would like to note that I didn’t arrive to such conclusions on my own, I am just passing on what I learn from a very unique, millennia old, empirical science that came to these conclusions by studying Nature in a very special, “objective, insider” matter.

That most religions and ancient teachings agree with this word by word is not surprising, since they all originate more or less from the same time period, or started rewriting, re-interpreting the above mentioned science, each according to their own symbolic language, culture.

But since this is all based on Nature’s fundamental, unchanging laws, there can’t be too much variations on the topic.

As they used to say, “all roads lead to Rome”, in this respect all roads, paths, authentic teachings lead to the same source, Nature’s “iron laws” sustaining balance, homeostasis, mutual integration, without which life can’t exist.
