Adapting to changes

Question from the Internet:

How do I adjust or rather survive in this fast-changing world?

In order to adapt to an ever-changing world, we would need to understand, anticipate the changes, by learning about the lawful, purposeful cause-and-effect processes that drive those changes.

And we have the practical, purposeful educational method based on a special, empirical, natural science that can teach us how to become ‘skillful surfers” of the constant changes, flowing with the changes in partnership.

We could completely understand them from a completely different, selfless, and thus truly objective point of view instead of constantly being stuck in our own egocentric, subjective states, experiences, stumbling from one crisis to another, being buried under each new wave that comes.
